Lantallack lies adjacent to an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the River Lyhner and is close to many magnificent Cornish beaches, with opportunities for swimming, sailing and windsurfing. The fishing villages of Cawsand and Kingsand and the glorious 5 mile long beach Whitsand Bay are nearby whilst a short trip in the car will get you to the National Trust properties of Cotehele, Lanhydrock and Saltram. Both Bodmin Moor, Dartmoor and Eden are only 30 minutes away and if you fancy a game of golf, we are just 10 minutes from the International Golf Course of St. Mellion. From May to October our fabulous outdoor heated swimming pool is open to residents.

And foodies wont' be disappointed – we have the best pub in Cornwall ‘The Rod and Line’ a short hop down the road (or skip across the fields, if you prefer), serving the freshest crab and the most yumptious Abbot’s Ale in the cosiest bar, ever. Or drive along the coast to Whitsand Bay and dine at The View our local seafood restaurant, after first climbing up to the old chapel on Rame Head to watch the sun go down! And if that’s not enough, try a visit to the Camel Valley vineyard (producer of award-winning UK wines) near Wadebridge and grab the ferry from Rock to Padstow, home to Stein's collection of restaurants.
